Pulka Chapathi

Pulka is a kind of chapathi with less oil and softer to digest. This is very good for diet conscious, diabetics and weight watchers. This food is ideal at night time since it is easy to digest and hunger satisfying. Pulka contains lots of fibre and it is a regular dinner time recipe in India.




Ingredients:
1. Wheat flour/Atta - 2 cups.
2. Salt to taste.
3. Sugar - 1 tsp.
4. Oil
How to make it:
1. Take the atta in a basin.
2. Add salt, sugar and 1 tsp oil.
3. Add water and make a dough and kneed thoroughly.
4. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
5. Kneed the dough again adding 2 tsp oil.
6. Press the dough into small circular shape.
7. Roast it on hot thava both the sides.
