Tomato Chutney

Today my mom taught me a nice idea of making Tomato chutney. it is very easy and yummy. I make it hot and spicy and love it like that.


Ingredients:
1. Tomato 4 medium sized.
2. Onion 2 medium sized.
3. Green chilles 8.
4. Garlic cloves 3.
5. Coriander leaves.
6. Salt to taste.
7. Oil
8. Mustard seeds.
How to do it:
1. Fine chop the tomatoes, onion, chilles.
2. Heat the oil in a pan add mustard seeds
3. When it splutters add green chillies.
4. Add onions fry till golden brown.
5. Add tomatoes and fry it.
6. Grind them adding garlic, coriander, and salt.
7. Don't make fine paste. keep it rough.
